There will be a lot of review from MID, so brush up on any specific microorganisms if need be. Pathoma will also cover some HY bugs.

For path, reference pg. 696-710.
The last block usually includes lectures from clinicians to synthesize what you know about the pathology to real-life scenarios. These resources are not to be regarded as the end-all, be-all. Instead use them to supplement your knowledge base and start to think like a "real" doctor (whatever that means).
That said, you can definitely get away with just using these resources and watching the CISes, as I did.
Under the SMOOTH MUSCLE unit and the ALLERGY & PULMONARY subunit, watch: "Antihistamines" and "Asthma Therapy" to cover Pharmacotherapy of Asthma and COPD and Drugs for Rhinitis and Allergies.
Under the GI/ENDOCRINE unit and the THYROID, PARATHYROID, ADRENAL subunit, watch: "Glucocorticoids" but it will go over more than needed for asthma/COPD treatment.
For the antimicrobials, watch the respective videos (essentially most of them) under the ANTIMICROBIALS unit. These will cover Drugs for Bacterial, Viral, and Opportunistic Respiratory Infections; Tuberculosis and Antimycobacterial Drugs; Pharmacologic Agents for HIV/AIDS.
For resp pharm, reference pg. 710-712.
For antimicrobials, reference pg. 184-200.
