Resource 1: First Aid 2022
The physiology should be mostly review from last year, but you can check out pg. 291-303 as reference.
For the HY Lipid Biochem material, check out pg. 87-92.

If you'd like more practice with EKG's, this is a recommended resource.
All of Ch 7 for Vascular pathology, all of Ch 8 for Cardiac pathology.
Check out Ch 4 for Thrombosis and related pathology.
For the antihyperlipidemics, watch "Cholestyramine & Ezetimibe," "Statins," "PCSK9 Inhibitors," "Fibrates & Niacin" under the BLOOD & INFLAMMATION unit and the DYSLIPIDEMIA DRUGS subunit.
For the Thrombosis lecture, this goes into hematology, so you can check out pg. 419-421 for the physiology, then pg. 433-435 for pathology.
If you'd like a table for the antihyperlipidemics, check out pg. 326-327.
If you'd like more info for cardiovascular pathology, go to pg. 304-323.
The last block usually includes lectures from clinicians to synthesize what you know about the pathology to real-life scenarios. These resources are not to be regarded as the end-all, be-all. Instead use them to supplement your knowledge base and start to think like a "real" doctor (whatever that means).
That said, you can definitely get away with just using these resources and watching the CISes, as I did.
For relevant pathology, review pg. 313-322, starting from the arrythmias to pericarditis.
If you'd like helpful figures for pharm, check out pg. 325-330.
Review Ch 8 as needed.
Under the BLOOD & INFLAMMATION unit and the ANTICOAGULANTS & THROMBOLYTICS subunit, watch: "Antiplatelet Agents," "Heparin, LMWH, Fondaparinux, Direct Thrombin Inhibitors, Xa Inhibitors," "Warfarin," and "Thrombolytics".
Under the CARDIVASCULAR & RENAL unit and the HEARY FAILURE DRUGS subunit, watch: "Digoxin," and "Sacubitril-Valsartan, Milrinone, Nesiritide, Ivabradine". Of course, review past sketchy videos on recurrent drugs for heart failure.
Under the CARDIVASCULAR & RENAL unit, watch all videos under the ANTIARRHYTMICS subunit.
Under the SMOOTH MUSCLE unit and the VASOACTIVE subunit, watch: "Nitrates" to cover one of the anti-anginal agents. Review past sketchy vids as needed for the recurrent drugs for angina.
